At Access Language Centre Canada, we are dedicated to delivering quality language instruction and a supportive learning environment. Please review our refund policy below:

Registration Fees

  • Registration fees are non-refundable once the placement exam has been taken and evaluated.

  • This includes any materials or resources provided as part of the registration.

 Monthly Tuition Fees

  • No refunds are issued for classes that have already been attended.

  • Partial refunds are not available for unused classes once the month has started.

Class Rescheduling & Continuity Policy

In the event that a class must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to class closures resulting from low enrollment, the following policy applies:

  • Students will be offered alternative class schedules or class times to ensure continuity of learning.

  • If the newly offered schedule conflicts with a student’s existing availability, the student’s remaining classes will be fully honoured.

  • Honoured classes may be attended in the rescheduled class or an equivalent class level for a period of up to one (1) year from the original start date, at no additional cost.

  • This policy ensures that students receive the full instructional value of their enrollment, even when scheduling adjustments are necessary.

We are committed to maintaining flexibility while providing a high-quality learning experience and appreciate our students’ understanding when adjustments are required.

Discounted Class Packages

  • Discounted Class Packages: All discounted class packages are non-refundable.

  • Class Holds: If you are unable to attend your classes due to scheduling conflicts or personal reasons, your remaining classes can be put on hold for up to one year from the date of purchase.

  • Resuming Classes: When you are ready to return, please let us know a few weeks in advance so we can schedule your remaining classes at a convenient time.

Single-Session / One-Time Classes

  • A full refund is available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class.

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class time.
